Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create and maintain an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Premium subscriptions are sold and managed through Apple In-App Purchases. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies are handled by Apple according to your App Store settings.
Current published price is $4.99/month in the United States and may vary by region, currency, and promotional terms shown in the App Store.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempts to interfere with service operation, unauthorized access, reverse engineering beyond rights allowed by law, or use that violates applicable law.
Service availability
We work to keep Tummy Trace available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tummy Trace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
Termination
